Telling the Story of Vancouver’s Leading Real Estate Developers

For the past decade, I have worked with some of Vancouver’s leading real estate developers on stories about upcoming developments and acquisitions. Some stories are intended to build awareness about a particular development, its impact on the local community and its architectural value. Some are intended to provide accurate information to the city’s real estate media, and some are aimed at informing the general public about projects still in the development process with various city governments. Proactive media campaigns – when done right – often result in improved relations between stakeholders, including neighbors, city planners, architects, designers and many other partners in creating developments. In addition to proactive storytelling, I also work with developers on issues management, crisis communications and internal communications, while promoting innovative marketing programs and thought leadership.
